Viswadevas is the deity of this nakshatra. The Qualities govern by them are Goodness, Truth, Will
Power, Time, Desire, Skillfulness, Forbearance, Ancestors, Abundance, and Peak.

Lord Ganesha is also connected with this nakshatra for the karma.

Lord Krishna also showed his Universal God's true form in front of Arjuna and this is connected with the theme of Universal God.

Abhijeet Nakshatra is also connected with its last pada as Abhimanyu, the Son Of Arjuna was the one who broke through the Chakravyooha formation in the Mahabharata.
